I get to use any 50 words plus the prompt You Are My Sunshine and a picture.
You Are My Sunshine
When my world is dark you make it bright
When I feel the shadows have crept in and are holding me tight
You smile or laugh and I am alright
You are smart and funny the sweetest love of my life
I love you my granddaughter Haley
You are my sunshine.
This is so sweet! I'm glad you and Haley have each other whenever things get a little bit rough. She's adorable!
ReplyDeleteSo sweet-enjoy:@)
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful smile she has! Grandchildren are certainly a gift, aren't they!! Great take on the prompt.
ReplyDeleteSo sweet. I know exactly how you feel. They brighten up your life like you had no idea they could.
ReplyDeleteAh, that's sweet.
ReplyDeleteOh, Madge, those are adorable pictures. I agree that grandkids are the sunshine in our lives but I would bet you are the sunshine in Haley's.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie! Very sweet post Madge, and I'm sure she feels the same about you!
ReplyDeleteAw, I feel that way about my grands too!~Ames

ReplyDeletePretty sure she does Nicky, unless I'm puting her in time out.
ReplyDeleteThanks, she is pretty cute if I do say so myself. : )
ReplyDeleteJust looking at her picture makes me happy, she's a total joy
ReplyDeleteShe has the best little smile and laugh, warms my heart, she's the best gift I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
ReplyDeleteWe took her to the fair yesterday, she spent a good deal of the car ride singing

O, and I'm checking to see if I am a follower..if not, I WILL be, in 2 seconds. :)
oops, where's your FOLLOW ME??
ReplyDeleteI use google friend connect, it's right there to the left. If there's something else you like, let me know and I'll add it :)
ReplyDeleteYou are NOT a grandmother!!!!...ok, you are...but you don't look like you could be. I somehow can't imagine you as granny Madge. But your Hailey is beautiful. And you know, I checked out her bikini!
ReplyDeleteHaha, I bought her that bikini two years ago, the diaper filled out the bottom and now it just fits, the top is a little small but not tight so it works for grandma time.
ReplyDeleteSteve is 17 years older than me, and his kids are 25 and 27, I'll be 40 in October, so I guess technically I could be a grandma on my own, had I birthed babies of my won.
What a little darling and a sweet Centus ...I love it !
ReplyDeleteThanks Nonna :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful child. So sweet. Yes indeed! I can see that she is your sunshine!
ReplyDeleteBest wishes,
Anna
